For the fabrication of the developed drones , an Autonomous Portable Factory (APF) is used. This fully self-sustained unit is capable of manufacturing both UAV models through the integration of additive manufacturing and advanced automation technologies. The container utilizes high-precision 3D printers to fabricate the drones’ durable chassis. Electronic components are processed by specialized machines. The assembly of the whole drone system supported from a human-machine assembly line.This closed-loop production approach allows for on-demand drone manufacturing in forward-deployed environments while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
